Concept Note

Voluntary organisations active in the field of Culture and the Arts play a key role in facilitating and supporting community exchange, tapping into the huge advantages of creative diversity, and fostering human dignity and well-being.

The amendments to the Voluntary Organisations Act 2007 will help strengthen voluntary organisations, consolidate trust in them, and sustain active and participatory citizenship through creativity.
