Arts Council Malta’s Annual Report for 2016 is currently available for viewing and download from

The report includes an overview of the Council’s organisational structure and governance, a review of the Council’s main events, programmes and initiatives in 2016 as well as information on the budget for the cultural and creative sectors, including allocations to the Public Cultural Organisations.

The second section, which focuses on Strategy, includes a progress report on the Council's 70 strategy actions, as outlined in its Create2020 strategy – 64 of these actions are already in progress. The report also includes key figures on the Council’s Funding Programmes in 2016, the full list of projects funded through the Council’s programmes in 2016, information on the Council’s brokerage and training services as well as its digital presence and an overview of the PCO's activities and initiatives. The final section casts a look back at the festivals and events organised by Festivals Malta in 2016.
